From Mom Dodds' cookbook!
1/2 envelope taco seasoning (or 2 Tbs.)
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1 cup beef broth
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 15 oz. can chili beans
1 10 oz. can cream of potato soup
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Brown the ground beef. Combine with remainder of ingredients in a crock-pot. Stir to mix. Heat on Low for 4 hours. Serve with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and tortilla chips. Makes 3 quarts.
