1 c chopped onion
2 T margarine
Sauté until onions are clear
1 T flour
1 T Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
Mix into onions
1 16 oz bag frozen sweet corn
2 c salsa
1 can chicken broth
add to onion mixture
2 c of diced, cooked chicken or ham
add to soup
8 oz cream cheese
1 c milk
Gradually add 1/4 c hot onion mixture to cream cheese in a separate bowl. Stir until blended. Add cream cheese mix and milk into soup. Heat but DO NOT boil.
