Broccoli Potato Soup

Boil these ingredients in a pan:
3 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 medium onion (or 2 t. dry onion)
4 small potatoes, diced
2 cups broccoli (chop the tops, no stem)

In a separate pan on stove top:
melt ½ cup butter
5 Tbs. flour (whisked in)
½ t. salt
2 cups milk
Whisk this until creamy and you see no lumps!
Add 8 oz. cream cheese. Mix until cream cheese is melted in.

Mix two together serve.
