2 lb. red potatoes
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
fresh ground pepper
Cut potatoes into large bite-sized pieces. Place in a gallon sized ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients and shake to coat. Cover a large baking dish with foil. Place potatoes in dish and bake at 400 for 40 min., stirring occasionally.
