1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can corn or hominy, drained
1 4 oz. can green chilies
1 Tbs. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic
In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15-30 min.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
*Could also be made in the instant pot or crock pot.
