Key Lime Pie

9” graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
½ c. key lime juice

2 c. heavy whipping cream
¾ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract

Orange zest
Lime wedges

Combine the yolks, condensed milk, and lime juice until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350° for 15 min. Let it cool for 10 min., then refrigerate for at least ½ hour. When cool, whip the cream, powdered sugar, and extract and spread on pie. Garnish with orange zest and lime wedges.
