½ lb fresh green beans, trimmed
½ lb fresh wax beans, trimmed
2 T butter
2 t fresh thyme or lemon thyme
2 t lime juice
1 t grated lime peel
½ t salt
¼ t pepper
Place beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Melt butter in a skillet; add the dill, lime juice and peel, salt, pepper and beans. Stir to coat and cook until heated through.
