Crepes

1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. margarine
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg, add milk, vanilla, and melted margarine. Whisk in dry ingredients. Spray a small skillet with oil. Pour about ¼ c. at a time into hot skillet. Tilt to form a circle, cook until brown on both sides.
