3 c. cooked rice
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 bunch of broccoli, cut up and steamed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
¾ c. milk
crushed corn flakes
Combine cream of chicken, cream cheese, and milk. In a 9x13 pan layer rice, chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Mix a little to distribute sauce. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Freezes well.
