1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 6 oz. pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
½ c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ lb. chicken, cut up
1 tsp. dried basil
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Mix together tomatoes, stuffing, water, and garlic. Stir just until moist then set aside. Place chicken in 9x13 pan; sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Top with the stuffing mixture. Bake at 400° for 30 min. Serves 6
