Chicken Fajitas

vegetable or olive oil
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes or strips
1 onion, sliced into strips
1 bell pepper, (red, green, or both), sliced into strips
fajita seasoning*

Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and vegetables and stir. Season generously with fajita seasoning. Cook, stirring as needed, until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve in warmed tortillas with shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, and mexican rice.

Fajita Seasoning:
2 Tbs salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 packets (1/2 tsp) true lime
