Beef Stroganoff

½ lb. hamburger
1 t. dried minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can water
dash of garlic powder
½ c. sour cream
3 c. wide egg noodles, cooked as directed

Brown meat & onion, salt & pepper, drain grease. Combine soup, water, and garlic powder and add to hamburger. Bring to a simmer. Add sour cream and cooked noodles. Stir and serve.
