Caramel Toffee Apple Dip

1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. caramel sauce
1 8oz. pkg. chocolate covered toffee bits

Mix all together. Serve with apple slices or graham crackers.
