Basic Honey Butter:
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. honey
Blend with a mixer, or simply by hand.
Variations:
Any-Berry Honey Butter:
1/2 c. soft butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. raspberry, strawberry, huckleberry, etc. jam
Cinammon Vanilla Honey Butter:
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup honey
3/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
