6 peeled and sliced apples
1 c. sugar
3 Tbs flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. butter
Combine ingredients and cook on low until apples are almost soft. Cool a little and pour into crust. Sprinkle with sugar on crust and cut slits on top before baking. Bake until golden brown at 400 for about 25 minutes.
