16 Graham Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup Butter
2 Tbs. Sugar
Mix together. Reserve ¼ c. of mix. Press into a 2” deep 8” x 11” pan or a 9” x 9” pan. Refrigerate.
Bottom Layer:
12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Eggs
½ c. Sugar
½ tsp. Lemon Juice
¼ tsp. Vanilla
Beat together and pour over crust. Bake at 350° for 20 min. Let cool. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
Top Layer:
16 oz. Sour Cream
½ c. Sugar
½ tsp. Lemon Juice
¼ t. Vanilla
Mix together and pour over bottom layer. Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
