10 -12 oz washed spinach
½ lb. of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup toasted almonds (toast at 350° for 6-8 minutes until brown)
2 large granny smith apples cut very thin
dried cranberries (optional)
Dressing (puree in blender):
1 ½ T. red onion
1/3 c. vegetable oil
¼ c. sugar
3 T. apple cider vinegar
½ t. salt
Add dressing just prior to serving.
