Chocolate Wonder

Crust:
2 c. fudge cookie crumbs
¼ c. margarine, melted
Combine and press into a 9 x 13 pan.

Middle Layer:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
½ (16 oz) Cool Whip
Whip together and spread on crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Top Layer:
2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
3c. milk
Mix together and pour on top of middle layer. Refrigerate 1 hr. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
