Chicken Stroganoff

2-3 chicken breasts, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can water
1 tsp. basil
dash of garlic powder
dash of onion powder
½ c. Sour Cream
3 c. Wide Egg Noodles, cooked as directed

Brown chicken. Combine soup, water, and seasonings and add to chicken. Bring to a simmer. Add sour cream and cooked noodles and serve.
